The room itself is a fully furnished bedroom equipped with a desk, wardrobe, and bed that can either be set up as a single or double bed. All windows are double glazed. The flat has recently been fitted with a new boiler, so the heating and water are lovely and warm.

The flat is a shared flat with two bedrooms. The bathroom has been recently renovated as well, and has a high pressure shower. The living room/kitchen shared living space is an open plan set up with a large bar/island as the dining table. It is very spacious, and is equipped with a smart television and sofa.

I am a student in my fourth year of University at the University of Edinburgh studying Law. I am looking for a flatmate who is also a student, who is tidy, clean, sociable but as studious as I am, and who will abide by COVID rules. I am a plant lover, and love to go on road trips/travel abroad. I spent most of my time working and studying, but love to cook so the kitchen is always busy.

The flat is no smoking but you're welcome to go down to the front door.
