THE ROOM
Large and comes furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, storage space and desk. Window looking out on street with nice window ledge you can sit on or keep plants on. Gets a lot of sunlight in day and so is nice and bright.

THE FLAT
Third floor up but stairwell has lights which go on at night and a stairlight during daytime. 2 large bedrooms, 1 bathroom and living area/kitchen. Central heating and Wifi throughout flat. Clothes drying pulley in hallway. Bathroom has shower/bath, toilet and sink and some storage space . Kitchen/Living area with a sofa bed, washing machine, oven, microwave, sink, a large fridge/freezer and plenty of storage space. Tenement garden out back and lots of lovely neighbours! Secure door entry. Many shops nearby (Lidl, Aldi, Sainsburys) and a 30 minute walk to Edinburgh Napier Merchiston campus and close transport links to all other Edinburgh based university campuses and Princes street. No smoking flat. Looking for a student only.

THE FLATMATE
I study English at Edinburgh Napier University and work weekends so I am not in always in the flat. I like to cook soup, watch netflix, and as an english student read (always willing to give book recommendations!
Looking for a student who is friendly, tidy and respectful and I will obviously be the same in return. Obviously looking for someone who is covid aware as a 14 day self isolation sounds a bit hellish!
Would really like us to be friends as well as flatmates. :)
