We are two girls looking for another person to join us ASAP in our 3 bedroom flat on Potterrow. The room is available starting January 1st. Rent is £487 per month (incl. wifi) and utilities are around £30 per month - super cheap for the amazing location! Deposit is a month’s rent. The room available is a cozy double bedroom with a study desk. Kitchen and bathroom will be shared with the both of us. Students only though, for council tax reasons (sorry!!).
We’re both Edinburgh University students in our 3rd year. We’re fun and friendly, clean and respectful. We’re looking for a flatmate that is also clean and can respect each other’s space & privacy.
The location of the flat is perfect for Uni of Edinburgh students as it is right next to Bristo Square. There’s a bus stop to King’s Building right outside the flat and multiple bus routes 3 mins away. Lidl, Tesco & Sainsbury’s are also 5 mins away on Nicholson St.
