The flat is on the first floor in a very quiet residential stair. There is a small living room, a bathroom and a spacious kitchen with a dining table. Private car parking is available.
The room is bright, spacious and comes fully furnished. Electric central heating.
I’m a PhD student at the University of Edinburgh. I am sociable and tidy, always up for a drink, go for a hike or go cycling ;)
