We are two friendly young professionals looking for a quiet & friendly professional female to rent a spacious, furnished bedroom ready to move in from the end of March.
The flat is in the city centre, close to Leith and Easter Road, everything is within walking distance, plenty of bus routes if needed :)
Shared one bathroom, kitchen and a living room.
There is one female cat in the flat and we don’t mind another one (preferably female too :) )
We are both vegetarians and non smokers. One is more outdoorsy and active, other more quiet and indoorsy.
We are looking for someone clean, respectful and friendly (no couples please)..
