Property is in a great location, 2 minutes from a bus stop, 5 from York Place Tram & 10 mins from Waverly Train Station.

Numerous bars, restaurants and local shops are a few mins walk away as well as Arthurs Seat and Calton Hill pretty much on your doorstep.

Disclaimer! A large construction project is currently underway along Leith Walk & Elm Row where they are constructing tram lines to go all the way down the road. Sometimes it can be a bit noisy however in our section the majority of work is done.

I'm a mature student, studying a Masters in Sport Policy, Management & International Development at Edinburgh University. Im an avid sports fan (particularly football) and enjoy being active (cycling, gym, hill walks etc).
I'm very social and am looking to meet a friend as well as a flat mate, someone who I can hang out with as well as live with.

I like to cook and love listening to music and very much enjoy the odd beer and night out however equally enjoy getting on the health hype and living a clean lifestyle.
