* *Double Room, Beautiful 2 Bed Flat, Haymarket* *

Hello potential flatmate : ) Thank you for taking time to read this ad (you have probably come by a few!).

So, what's great about this flat:
- The space; the flat is is bright, warm, airy and has lots of space for 2 people. Good if you are working from home! The lounge is a highlight, with big bay windows which catch the evening sun.

- The location; just a short walk from Haymarket station/tram stop (I get the train for work, and can be on the platform in 6 mins by bike!). We are on main bus routes. It's a quiet area and the neighbours are kind.

- The services; Co-op, Lidl, Mediterranean, Asian food stores all within a few minutes walk along Dalry Road. Not to mention fresh bread and excellent coffee from Twelve Triangles down the road! We have Virgin broadband and Netflix; me and my current flatate enjoy watching a movie together every now and again. Bills (incl. council tax etc.) come to about £150/month.

- The space for you; built-in wardrobe, full length mirror. You'll have the main bathroom to yourself, with a bath!

- The support and company; the landlord is conscientious and good at communicating. I have lived with many people from around the world, and enjoy different cultures and stories. Given the year we've all had, I think it's important to ask "how are you?" at the end of the day : ) I have a steady, balanced manner to support an easy rhythm as flatmates.
