Sunny double bedroom available in a two bed modern property in New Town.
The flat is bright and homely. My flatmate is moving out at the end of next month and I am looking for someone who is happy to socialise and enjoy our space together!
The flat is a 2 bed and the building is a converted building so is modern but has some of that Edinburgh charm. It is fully furnished with two bathrooms and a modern kitchen/ living room area. Please note that in the bedroom the furniture included is a double bed, built-in storage and bedside table. All other furniture in the bedrooms has been and decoration my flatmate will be taking when they move.
We are located in the New Town, a short walk to Stockbridge or 10-20 minutes into the centre of Edinburgh (Princes street/ George Street). Lots of lovely local coffee shops, bars and shops in the area. Also a park right on our doorstep if you’re looking for outdoor space. On street parking with a permit available.
The room is available from the end of February, I would prefer a female young professional for council tax purposes.
The rent is £462.50 each a month excluding bills. Gas & electricity is roughly £30, council tax is £100 and Wifi is £14 each.
A bit more about me:
I am 27, I studied fashion design at uni and I love interior design as you might gather from the flat!
I work in marketing in the city centre but I am currently WFH.
I enjoy socialising and exploring the local area or grabbing a coffee. I do enjoy my own space but I have my door open most days! and would be looking for someone likeminded. I spend weekends with friends sometimes hosting dinner parties, cheese and wine nights at the flat or we go out for dinner at local restaurants or bars. I am more than happy to invite anyone new to the area along! I enjoy also really enjoy cooking, watching a new series or relaxing with a glass of wine after work!
