All of us are currently students so another student (from any university) is preferred, no matter the course or progression through that course.

The bathroom and kitchen are shared.

The kitchen comes with all necessary furnishings such as pots, pans and cooking tools such as 2 fridges/freezers and a oven/grill with many cupboards for storage.

The room is quite large being at least 5x5m whilst also featuring a double bed.

Travel access is widely available with multiple tram stops within a 5 minute walk, 2 bus stops directly in front of the main entrance with services that operate all over Edinburgh and Haymarket train station being approximately 7 minutes away by foot.

Shopping facilities include Princes street, sainsburys, Lidl and Aldi supermarkets at most 30 minutes away by foot or 10 minutes by bus and other shops available by utilising the nearby travel services.

We are all welcoming people and are happy to live with anyone and we tend to keep to ourselves leaving the bathroom and kitchen free to sole access most of the time.
