I am renting a spacious double bedroom in a quiet comfortable flat in Longstone Street. The room has a leather double bed with storage underneath, a big wardrobe, a desk and a big office chair.
The property has 1 shared bathroom, a kitchen, and a spacious living room.
It is close to Napier University, 10 min walk and heriot-watt 15 min by bus. There is a big Sainsbury’s, Asda, and a big Chinese supermarket close by. The street is quiet and safe.
You will be sharing the common space with a student who is respectful, quiet and clean. All bills will be split between you two, £25-35/month. If you are not a full-time student, you will need to pay council tax, around £80/month. One month rent as a deposit will be paid upfront once you have the room reserved. PM for viewing.
