I'm currently looking for someone to move in with me, ideally longer term!
The flat is in a great location in Abbeyhill, right next to Leith and the City Centre. Whilst there is no designated parking, it is possible to find somewhere to park nearby with a bit of luck (without a permit too).
I'm a 31 year old professional, currently working from home. If you are in a similar situation that's totally fine, just let me know and I can give you more details about space etc.
Regarding myself, I'm tidy/clean, pretty laid back and easy to get on with. Equally comfortable with keeping to myself and socialising.
Bills are included in the overall price, and the flat is rented through Scotmid, for whatever that's worth. If you have any questions feel free to reach out and ask as I have undoubtedly missed a few details.
