Monthly rent paid 1 month in advance with 1 Month deposit.

Internet connection ( Unlimited Fibre 70Mb ), Netflix and Prime etc on TV.

Kitchen, Sitting / Dining area are shared, there's an island and breakfast bar, gas 5 burner hob, microwave, 2 ovens, grill. Coffee machine etc, large screen TV, Dinning table and a stand-up work table. Again one wall is full height glass and double doors (6-meter length ) Rear has large glass doors leading to the 3rd balcony.

The utility room has a washer-dryer, sink, storage.

The penthouse is serviced from a lift to its own floor, the apartment is shared with 2 others, both young professionals, clean, neat, and quiet.

This is NOT a party flat, it's more a dinner party flat, everyone works and we like the place to be a sanctuary, there are no strict rules but common courtesy and mutual respect of professionals working hard.

Short term let month to month for a minimum of 3 months.

We are very central, with a minutes walk to the playhouse and 10 minutes gets you to St Andrew's Square, well serviced by the train station ( 10 minutes walk, and tram to the airport ) There are great cafes and restaurants around us and shopping is easy, with a co-op at the end of the road beside the crescent park.
We have on Broughton street ( 2 streets away) a great Butcher, Fishmonger, Organic wholefoods as well as hairdressers, cafes, etc.
