Hi everyone,
I'll be away this summer, back to France to see my family and friends. I'll leave my lovely room in Stockbridge on the 9th of July and be back on the 31th of August. I'm looking for an easygoing, sociable and clean flatmate to remplace me for this period of time.
The price is £506 including rent, all bills and council tax.
Regarding the flat, it’s a 4 bedroom flat with 2 males (Chris and Kieran) and 1 female (Pippa) between 25-30. The flat has a large Kitchen/dining area, a larder, massive lounge, one separate shower room, one bathroom (with bath and shower) and a shared garden. The living area benefits from a garden-view, and the apartment is on a quiet crescent.
Stockbridge is a fantastic area, with a local Sainsburys, cafes and pubs around the corner. There is also the Stockbridge market on Sunday afternoons. My flatmates are a friendly active bunch, hobbies include- climbing, yoga, reading, cycling, hiking, crafting and contemplating existential dread :)
It would be nice if you could pop over one day to meet them before you move in for the summer.
