Massive 6 Bed in Amazing location in Marchmont, right beside the Meadows

We have a double room about to be free due to one of our flatmates moving out. Very spacious with double bed, built in wardrobe, desk etc and adequate storage. (Please see photos)

This 6 bedroom top floor flat is massive, spread over two floors with excellent communal spaces, particularly in the kitchen and living room. There are two and a half bathrooms and a laundry/utility room.

We are sociable professionals, aged between 25 - 35 and there is an equal mix of male/female. We get along really well, hang out with each other, go for nights out and sometimes eat together. Ideally we would like people who would get involved, we go out every now and then and although not a party flat we do throw the odd party/pre-drinks on occasion.

We are currently a mixed household of 3 guys and 3 girls, and are looking to keep a fair balance.

We are by no means neat freaks but would expect you not to leave the place in a total state and clean up after yourself.

You should be:
•Between age 24 - 40
•Sociable and fun person
•Looking to stay at least 6 months

You shouldn't be:
•Overly messy or inconsiderate.
•No couples (sorry)
•No students (unless you're willing to pay council tax)
