My current flatmate is set to move out on the 13th of September so I am looking for a new person to move in.
I'm a recent graduate working partly from home and partly from my office. I'm a very social outgoing personality. Always looking for an excuse to get out and do something whether that means grabbing pints with my mates or traveling around Scotland exploring it's majestic views.
I always keep the flat clean. It has small front and back garden perfect for drying any washing during summe or having a bbq. There's plenty of room if you have a car and also a designated parking space for the flat.
The room is £500 and that includes electricity, gas, internet, and anything else.
As you can see from the pictures I live with a cat, she's very loving and quite so she would cause no problems :)
The street is really nice, with the neighbours being very friendly always helping eachother out and chatting every now and then.
