Large Double Bedroom Available

Bedroom, there would be no furniture in here

Unfortunately my flatmate is having to move out at short notice so I need to find someone to take over their share of the lease.
There is a large UNFURNISHED double room available which could suit anyone and if they wanted, then there is also an office space that could be used as an office for someone working from home or could be used an extra communal space, we can work that out.
I am a 29 year old working on a bar so will be working unsociable hours. I am also studying Data Science through Open Uni.
I am fairly easy going and try to be as tidy as I can. I like to be sociable but will also sit and play video games some nights too.

Ideally looking for someone who is around my own age and okay with sharing all the bills, including Council Tax.

Current flatmate is selling their bed frame and mattress (not pictured) so that they don't have to move it. Bought new 6 months ago for 370, selling for 200 if you were interested in that also.
