Double room available in lovely house

Hi there,

I have 1 double room to rent in my home in Edinburgh, The Jewel from February (can be flexible with moving in date). It's a quiet area with parking, so if you have a car, you can find parking right in the front of house. If not we have local shop nearby 24 hours Asda 2 min walk and Fort Kinnaird less than 10 min walk. Good transportation to the city with bus options: number 4, 104, X7, 2, 49...….20-40 min on a bus to town (depends on bus and area where you going). Portobello beach is about 20 min walk away.

The room is furnished with double bed, good size of wardrobe and some other storage space.

The rent is £530 per month with everything included (rent, council tax, internet, TV licence) +£500 deposit in advance.

Ideally, I'm looking for someone we can get along well. Mature professional, tidy and not too noisy, respect each others privacy and can occasionally get together and hang out. If this sounds like it might suit you, drop me a message.

About me: I'm 33 year old professional working Mon-Fri in town. I like going to the gym, for walks, travel, play board games and enjoy occasional quite drinks in or out.
