Room to rent in 2 bedroom flat

Hello Spareroomers,

I’ve got a double bedroom available to rent in a two bedroom, 1st floor flat in Meadowbank area. The flat’s just behind Arthur’s seat and about a 10 minute walk from town!

My current flatmate is moving out so the room will be available from mid October. (although I’m pretty flexible with dates). The flat has a kitchen, living room, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Parking is permit free on the streets around the flat which is handy and there’s a communal garden out the back. WiFi etc is already sorted. The room would be unfurnished (although there’s a big wardrobe which would stay), but I could help source some furniture if necessary!

A bit about me…I’m 26 years old. I work down at the hospital pretty much 9-5pm apart from the odd overnight shift. I like to keep pretty active- cycling, hill walking and yoga-ing mostly. I also enjoy a good gig and some drinks at the weekend. An occasional movie night in doesn’t go a miss either! I’m friendly and easy going and am looking for someone similar minded :)
