Double room in spacious modern 2 bed flat share

A double room becoming available for up to 6 months while my flatmate is away on work.

A good-sized room which receives uninterrupted sunlight throughout the day, comes with a double bed, sheets and a duvet, has a built in wardrobe and mirror.

The is also additional storage space in the 2 closets by the front door. A combined living room and kitchen area, with comfy chairs and a iMac which is pretty much a full time TV. The large windows get amazing light in the morning and evening which can dry clothes on the rack easily within a day.

This is a fourth floor flat in a new build, really well insulated, I never need the heating on. It also makes it very secure. It's a really good size for two professionals to live comfortably. Close to Easter Road and all it's great pubs and cafes.

All bills are included. Fast internet, TV license.

I'm a 29 YO professional filmmaker, I run my production company from Leith so obviously I’m a film lover, specifically documentaries. I am not a musician, despite the instruments in the flat, there were used by my flatmate who is on leave so you will not be bothered by me playing any music! As you can see, being houseplant friendly is a must 🌱. I mountain bike a lot, there is also secure locked bike storage in the underground carpark.

Looking for someone easy going who preferably doesn't work from home, so we can keep it feeling homely.
