Room in Meadowbank-Partly Furnished-with parking

The flat is located opposite the Meadowbank Shopping Mall. It is a 2nd floor flat and we are looking for a lodge-in tenant. Ideally for someone who wants to stay from 2 up to 6 months.

The room is bright and sunny with a large window and a large wardrobe. It includes 2 bang beds with very clean and comfortable mattresses. We also provide beddings.

There is also a desk with an office chair and a comfortable armchair.

Please note that the flat does not have central heating at the moment. It is however naturally very warm due to the low ceilings and the upper and lower apartments. We will provide an electric heater unit for the room.

Couples or roommates are welcome at an additional 100 GBP per month.

Your stay in the room will be very private. We don't live in the flat but only use the second room as an office.

There is also a large living room area (unfurnished) where you are welcome to bring in your own furniture. The kitchen-diner is fully equipped with appliances, a washing machine, fridge, oven, kettle.

The WC consist of a full-sized bathtub and an electric shower.

No deposit is required. Rent to be deposited at the start of every rental month.

There is an available designated parking space.
