Large double room available in a 2 bed flat in the central Newington area; the room is bright and very spacious with a (double glazed!) window looking out onto the Crags and Arthur's seat.

The flat; is a really good size for two people with lots of storage space in the joint kitchen and living room, with gas hobs and a dishwasher. Bathroom has an electric shower.
Rent is £400pcm, with council tax at £72pcm and bills roughly around £35pcm.

Me, the flatmate; I'm 24, Irish, vegan/vegetarian and love to bake things to share and trying out new foods. I like my downtime but also like spending time in the shared space to watch some TV or do some crafting in the evenings. I'm into all things arty but come from a science background so actually a bit of a nerd too.
I love the outdoors and going for walks through the lovely scenic city of Edinburgh and it's many green spaces.
The flat is right above Auld House pub and near plenty others so if you like a pint or two it's great.
I'm quite chill about mess/etc as long as things are clean and my stuff is left in order, recycling is a must.

Looking for someone who: enjoys similar hobbies, is LGBTQ+ friendly, also likes their own space as well as hanging out together.

No couples for hmo reasons and no students unless you are willing to share in paying the council tax.
