We live in a bright, spacious 5 bedroom flat overlooking the Meadows in Tollcross. One of our flatmates is sadly moving out so a room will be available from 16th of June.
The high-ceilinged bedroom at the front of the flat, overlooking the Meadows, has a double bed, desk, wardrobe and built in cupboards. The occupant of this room will share a bathroom with one of the other flatmates. There is a well-equipped shared kitchen, separate living room also over looking the meadows, and 3 bathrooms.
You'll be living with 2 guys and 2 girls - a mix of 3 professionals and 1 postgraduate student. We are keen to find a new housemate who is a good fit for the flat and who is also clean and tidy.
As a flat we sometimes hangout together watching TV or a movie, but we're also all independent and enjoy spending time on our own.
The rent is £540 p/m including council tax (students would need to be willing to pay this) and the bills are normally around £40 each.
