A double bedroom in an amazing sought after spacious flat will be available for short-term rent from the 17th November to 13th December.

The bedroom is furnished and has a great view of Calton hill and gets plenty of light. The room also includes a work desk and ergonomic chair with some additional work equipments. Hence it is ideal for someone looking to work from home.

The flat is on Picardy Place, so very central. 10 mins walk to Princess Street; opposite to John Lewis and Omni Centre. 2 mins walk to Leith Walk. Many Pubs and restaurants around. Tesco literally next door. Less than a minute away from multiple bus stops (many buses connections) and the York Place Tram station.

There is a big kitchen with a fabulous view of the sea and Fife, and a nice cosy living room. Flat has all white goods: fridge, washing machine, dryer and dishwasher. You will be sharing the flat with my lovely female full-time working flatmate. Male or female professionals welcome. Couples would be charged a higher amount. No pets allowed though.

The rent is £200/week or £700 for total duration for a single person; £250/week or £800 for total duration for a couple. (All bills included).
