I have a double room available in my 3-bed house in The Inch near Cameron Toll shopping centre. The room is fully furnished with a double bed, a desk, a wardrobe, a chest drawers, a bookcase, and a bed side table/drawer. You will find all the space you need.
The room is suitable for professionals only. The place will be convenient for those that work in the KB campus or LF campus. Both within walking distance.
The room is £550 per month excluding bills (mainly council tax £80 and gas/electricity ~£75; broadband bill is covered), and will be available from 30th April 2024.
