20-30 minutes by bus to city centre or Leith. Buses go past on average every 10 minutes.
15min on foot to Morrisons.
One living room for everyone to use.

The house is on the edge of neighbourhood, few houses away from Ferry road, so usually quiet and rarely you would meet less friendly people. House has five other flats, neighbours living there are very friendly.
