Short-term let for Feb 2022

You’ll have this pretty bedroom and we’ll be sharing a toilet with a bathtub + shower. The flat has a separate kitchen and a living room. It’s furnished well and has unique features like this really old fireplace in the living room! We also have access to the back garden and a storage box room.

Lots of lovely walks around — water of leith, Inverleith Park, botanic gardens, Dean Village etc. 15-20 min walk to Princes Street/Waverley. Local GP and pharmacy and huge Tesco and Lidl right around the corner.

I’m a 30-year-old Indian author and PhD researcher in book publishing working from home. I’ve been in Scotland since 2017 and in this flat for over a year. I need some quiet in the daytime to work but I’m really friendly, empathetic and outgoing, so I’m looking for someone to live with but also be friends with! I enjoy cooking and having friends over (when we safely can!), going out to museums/galleries, pubs, cafés, restaurants, and watching films and shows (movie + popcorn nights??). Plus points if you have a TV for the living room, as the one in the pictures will be leaving!

LGBTQIA+ friendly house, no Tories/bigots! Please be particular about cleaning and helping with chores since it’s nice to have a tidy house plus ensures we don’t get mice hah. Please also take covid-related safety rules seriously!

Rent: £525 pm (bills excluded; come out to be about £30-35 per person per month)

Move-in date: 1 Feb 2022 (or earlier - we can discuss this)
