I am a live in landlord and work from home but normally spend a few days a week at my boyfriends.

Ideally would like a flatmate who has a mix of office and home working so we can both have our own space at times.

I'm looking for someone who will treat the property as if it was their own, keeping it clean and tidy.

Bus links to town at the end of the street buses - 19,34 or 24 - only 5/10mins on bus to city centre.

- 10 min walk to Meadowbank shopping centre, co op and greggs around the corner.

Great neighbours - very friendly - we normally have BBQ's and drinks in the garden over the summer - all welcome.

A little about me - I am always up for a laugh, like to try new things and be sociable. My flat isn't a party flat so if that's your thing my flat isn't for you sorry.

I am trying to be more active and have started going to the gym.
I try and cook - that's a little hit or miss tho, I am a regular visitor at the chippy at the top of my road ha!
