Flatmate needed

Hi I'm a 26 year old looking for a new flatmate to accommodate a spare room I have available asap.

About the flat:

The flat has a large shared living with 2 heaters and a gas fire place. A pretty decent sized kitchen with lots of cupboard space with a small fridge and freezer. 1 shared toilet with a bath.

All rooms have 1 or more windows to allow plenty of light.

The flat itself is in a very decent location and very affordable for the space it provides. Roughly a 2 min walk from Nicholson high street.

About the room:

The room itself comes unfurnished/ furnished depending on your situation. If furnished it would come with a queen sized bed with a bedside drawer.

(This room is also the only room the router for the internet can be setup)

About me:

Overall a very chill person with a friendly personality. I've lived abroad most of my life mainly south east Asia and the middle east. Somewhat of a geek and gamer but doesn't stop me from doing outdoor activities!

I own a very friendly indoor cat who freely roams around is usually always asleep though.

Additional costs on top of rent:

Utilities and council tax are not included in the rent.
£20 for internet 150mps
£25-35 Gas and electrics fluxuates depending on how much is used
