Hi, my current flatmate is moving out so I'm looking for someone to take on the other room.
Our lovely flat is located in Tollcross therefore very central and close to shops, cafes and public transport. It is cosy, warm and light filled. There is gated parking at the back of the building if needed.
I like music, pilates and tea, amongst other things. Hoping to find someone who is relaxed but willing to keep things quite tidy and clean. I'd be up for sharing some wine and socialising together :)
(Bills are around 150 pcm. References are just required by the letting agent.)
