Hi! I’m looking for a replacement tenant (must be postgraduate UoE student) to take over my lease from start of July (date flexible) to September 12 in Richmond Place Churchill house. This is university accomodation.
• Ensuite room in 7th floor, shared kitchen
• Kitchen is cleaned by housekeepers on Mondays. Bathroom cleaned biweekly
• £633 per month with everything included
• Location: Central location: 5 mins away from library and George square. 5 mins away from Lidl, Tesco and Sainsburys
• Per university policy only available to postgraduate (Masters or PhD) UoE students not currently in university accommodation
