Looking for a professional to move into this cosy, second-floor 2-bedroom flat in Abbeyhill. The flat comes already equipped with a well-behaved dog, Nutmeg. Sorry, no other pets! It is available for long-term rental starting from 30th April 2023. This is a LGBTQI+ friendly flat! 🏳️‍🌈

The flat is conveniently located off a main road with easy access to buses and nearby stores like Sainsbury's, Easter Greens, and Lidl. You'll have access to free street parking and a large communal basement for extra storage. The recently renovated bathroom is a plus, and most of the furniture is provided, but your input is welcomed. Council tax band B, £18 each for wifi, £40 - 50 electricity + gas (depending on the season) and £500 rent.

I'm a friendly and easy-going Aussie that enjoys a chat and occasional meals together. I appreciate tidy, but lived in shared spaces and expect the new housemate to contribute to shared cleaning tasks and maintenance checks. If you're fully vaxxed (or on your way to being fully vaxxed), positive and honest, I'd love to hear from you!
