The recently renovated bathroom is a plus, and most of the furniture is provided, but your input is welcomed. Council tax band B, £18 each for wifi, £40 - 50 electricity + gas (depending on the season) and £500 rent.
I'm a friendly and easy-going Aussie that enjoys a chat and occasional meals together. I appreciate tidy, but lived in shared spaces and expect the new housemate to contribute to shared cleaning tasks and maintenance checks.
