Single room in a Newly built modern flat in a peaceful and beautiful location in Slateford road, Edinburgh. Have access to the housing complex via adjacent Gorgie road as well making excellent public transportation to the city and surrounding Universities.

University of Edinburgh, Napier, and Heriot Watt are all within a 10–15 minutes by car. Approximately 20 minutes by bus. By foot Napier takes 30 minutes and to University Edinburgh main campus takes approximately 40 minutes.

ASDA and Lidle via Slateford road and the Aldi, Sainsbury’s and many other leading Supermarkets and Indian grocery shops are located nearby in Gorgi. Moreover, Chinese corner shops, Halal butchers, Halal take aways and wide choices of restaurants are located within a 5-minute walking distance. Other services like Public Library, medical practices, dental clinics and pharmacies and local amenities are located in close proximity.

Fountain Park, the huge entertainment centre, Cine world Cinema, Arcades, Bowling, Minigolf and other recreative activities are found nearby..

For Muslims there are three neighbouring mosques within a 10 minute walk those conduct Jummah and daily prayers.

The flat is currently occupied by two professionals who partially own the property but are leaving to a different city for work. Their son will be staying in the flat who is a Masters student occupying one room. He is a teetotaller and is looking for a friendly sociable young male professional or a student with similar interests.

The flat is fully furnished. The living room and kitchen will be shared. Washing machine, oven, microwave and other amenities are available. In addition to those, a secure garage is available for a car or bike. There are two toilets in the flat therefore one toilet is mainly allocated for our paying guest.

However, we expect a well mannered person who can keep the premises very clean and tidy.

Minimum 500 deposit is required.
