I have a double room available in my flat for rent. The flat is in a nice area of Granton in walking distance to silverknowes beach and crammond. You would have your own bathroom as I have an en-suite in my bedroom. The flat also has a large balcony. a study , lift access, a gym in the building and underground car park.
I’m a 38 year old female that enjoys a quiet life. I have my own salon and 2 chihuahuas. The dogs take a while to get used to new people but when they do they are very living and good fun.
