A central double bed room next to Meadows !

Hello there !


I am looking for a flatmate for December. Preferably female and working professional. Council tax - Band B. Students in their final year or postgraduates are welcome 🤗

The flat is very central in Tollcross – 5 mins away from Meadows, 10-15 mins away from Grassmarket and Princes Str.

The room has a double loft bed, so there is space underneath to make it nice and cosy. Also, there is a chair and a desk, cupboards, clothes rails but the furniture can be changed if you wish. The room faces the gardens, therefore it’s away from any road noice.
You can utilise the living room as well !

Also, our landlord is very friendly, responsive and reachable.

The flat has a lovely living room, where you can work or just enjoy some peace. I usually like to read there so it is a plus if you like reading books as well. There is also a TV where you can watch your favourite shows. The kitchen is well-equipped with various cookware (rice cooker, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, nespresso milk frother) and utensils. I like cooking different cuisines and I love sharing some of it 😊 Furthermore, I want to decorate the flat even better so I may need your help ;)

Wifi (hyperoptic) £18 per person
Electricity and Gas-around £30-£40 each
Council Tax -£64.5

I like to keep the flat quite tidy and clean and I would appreciate the same from my flatmate. It’s not a party flat, but I enjoy having friends for dinner or some coffee time to time, and I will be happy to meet yours :)
