Hello everyone,
We’re looking for a third flat mate to join us in our three bed flat which is situated in between Leith Walk and Easter Road so we are within walking distance of lots of great shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants.
However the flat itself is on a nice quiet street with space for parking if needed.
On top of rent, bills (which include council tax, wifi, gas and electricity) are usually between £90-£100 per person per month.
We are a friendly couple who are pretty laidback but very clean and respectful of the shared space.
