Payments:
Refundable Deposit £300
Rent £550
Tax £75 (for one person) or £50/ pp ( for couple)
Broadband £28 (for one person) or £19/pp (for couple).
Gas/ electricity right now £50pp but if it will increase soon due gas heating ect.
so for female £653 + 1/2 gas/electricity bill
for couple £688 + 2/3 gas/electricity bill

Flatmate I’m looking for:
- female or couple 30+ (Preferred)
- professional who not working from home or hybrid (proffered)
- no party animals / no guests
