Double Bedroom to Rent in Edinburgh

Spacious double bedroom available for rent in the Slatford area of Edinburgh. Very well connected to city centre and universities by bus and train. The room is ensuite and so tenant will have their own bathroom. In terms of the rest of the flat there is a kitchen and living / dining area, hallway one other double room (current tenant lives in this room) and a smaller single room that is used rarely by the landlord when she comes back to Edinburgh to visit - the landlord is the same age as current tenant and is also a student. The flat is equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, oven and hob.

Bills are not included in the rent and are typically £75 per month, this includes gas and electric, wifi and tv licence. All tenants are students and so exempt from council tax.

Current flatmate is a PhD student at the university of Edinburgh and would ideally like another postgrad student to live with. My interests include baking and cooking, music, film and tv, swimming, walking and going to cafes :) If you are new to Edinburgh I love walking around the city so would be happy to give you a tour!

Would ideally like a flatmate with similar interests who is neat and tidy.
