Single room on Calder Road

Hi,

as I'm moving out there'll be a room available starting 1st of September. The room is not huge but has a desk, a bed and a wardrobe (and a high ceiling).

You'll be sharing the flat with two lovely flatmates, Georgia and Matt. Both of them are students (doing their PhD and MSc) so for council tax reasons a student would be preferred (if you're not prepared to pay all of it, that is). The atmosphere in the flat is pretty chill, we're always up for a little chat/going for a beer/having a barbecue in the back yard, so ideally you'd be looking for that in a flat as well!

The living room, kitchen and bathroom are shared. There's a bit of garden up front and a backyard, with a little shed for bikes/tools/etc. Bills are ~56 GBP a month atm, plus ~8.33 GBP for 100 Mbit broadband. The lease is handled by an agency. There's an absolute ton of buses leaving right in front of our place, so no worries there. It's 15 min to Heriot-Watt university and 20-30 min to the centre. The canal is quite close for cycling as well.

So in total, fairly cheap place that is ideally located if you have to be at Heriot-Watt now and then, with a pair of amazing flatmates on top. Long-term let would be preferred as Georgia and Matt will also be staying for a while. Please give me a shout if you're interested and tell me a bit about yourself!
