We live in a 3 bedroom terraced house in Blackford, close to Kings Buildings University. We have a lovely cat that is part of our family. We rent out 2 bedrooms, both are upstairs, both have locks on the door. There's a bathroom with shower which is for the use of our lodgers.
The room has king-size bed, desk with chair and storage to accommodate your belongings.
My teenage child and I live downstairs and have our own shower room.
You will have access to the kitchen and all the appliances as in your own house.
We are located very close to the King's buildings, Blackford hill and the Pond. All walking distance from our house.
