Hi, my name is Georgie (Georgina). My lovely flatmate has bought her own flat so I’m looking for someone new to share this cosy flat with.

The flat is on the top floor, bright and in a great location. Stockbridge is a popular neighbourhood with a charming village feel, packed with independent cafes, restaurants and shops, a weekly market and Inverleith Park which is perfect for morning walks. The room has a double bed and comes furnished (wardrobe in room is now the wooden one photographed, not white).

I’m looking for another young professional, someone who is clean, considerate and friendly.

I work remotely so this flat would best suit someone working hybrid or in office (so no one feels stuck in their room all day). In the evenings I like to do HIIT classes and binge BBC dramas, and at the weekends I like to get out on my bike, explore wider Edinburgh and drink coffee/eat cake.

Rent is £475 per month (not including wifi, bills or council tax which is around £200/month each). Deposit is £500 and the landlord requires references. Long term let only. No students.
