Hello hello, I am looking for a flatmate. The room is available on the 1st of May at £700 all bills and council tax included. Single occupancy only. You'll need a reference from your current landlord. No smokers. No pets.

I am looking for someone clean with clear communication around the needs of the flat. My preference would be to live with someone vegan/veggie so please lead with that if you are.

I am 32 (she/they), introverted but enjoy the odd chat here and there. I run online Pilates classes using the living room 2 days per week, you'd need to be ok with this.

You’d be signing a lodgers agreement, the landlord rarely uses the small box room as he works outside of Edinburgh. He is kind and efficient with anything needed in the flat.
