Hello! I’m looking for a flatmate to move in from March 2026.

I’m a full-time professional working in education. I keep a tidy and respectful home environment and appreciate a balance between being sociable and respecting personal space. In my free time, I enjoy going for walks, travelling when I can, cooking, and trying new restaurants. I’m always interested in discovering different cultures and new experiences.

Over the years, most of my flatmates have been postgraduate and PhD students. I fully understand the importance of having a calm and quiet environment to focus on research and study, and I’m very respectful of that need. I’ve particularly enjoyed living with international students — it’s always enriching to share cultures and conversations, and I’m happy to help someone discover Scottish culture and the local environment.

The flat is a spacious and bright two-bedroom apartment located in New Town, just a 2-minute walk from George Street and the St James Quarter. It’s also within easy walking distance of the train station and tram stops, making it very central and well connected. The University of Edinburgh is easily accessible from the flat.
