Double Room Available in Maindoor Flat New Build

I have a 3 bedroom main door flat that I would like to rent a room out on a short term let basis from a few days up to 2 months maximum. March to May

The room is available to let from now. And Ideally I would prefer a single person but will consider couples but no children because it is only one room up for let.

Pets are also not allowed.

Smokers are not accepted.

Currently, I live alone in the flat, but I spent alot of my time at my partner's place which is just down the road from the flat. You will have full use of the living room and kitchen and also have a bathroom to yourself (not ensuite).

The flat is relatively quiet therefore would prefer and equally calm person.

The flat is fully furnished with all amenities in and within the flat. There is a bus 10 bus stop a few steps from the flat which leads directly to the city centre.

I will not be able to offer more than one room in the flat as one has my things and the other I use as a home office for a side work from time to time.

Bills are included in price.
