Quiet central residence within 15 minutes walk of George Square, Princes Street and the Royal Mile and 2 minutes from buses (to Kings Buildings) supermarkets and cafes. This flat overlooks the Meadows (park) at the front and a quiet garden at the back and has a big well equipped kitchen with plenty of storage space. Usually booked for 1-4 months at a time, and occupied by students or professionals on short courses or just at the beginning or end of their stay.

Rooms are large and comfortable. Residents share three bathrooms -one bathroom, on shower room and one WC with big sink.. (3 toilets in total)

All bills are included. (That means wifi, heating, Council Tax (the local property tax on residences. ) WIFI, utilities.

The flat and building are strictly non smoking. There is no smoking anywhere in the building or on the path to the front door. The smoking area is on the pavement outside the building - or in the park opposite the flat.

Current residents are from Germany, Canada, USA, Middle EAST - two graduate researchers, one completing post grad study and a professional taking time out to learn specialist baking.
