Double room available near Murrayfield & the tram

Hello! We're looking for a new flatmate to join us from the 1st of May to fill one very spacious double bedroom

You'd be living with myself (Mike), I'm a recent Social Sciences graduate just working full time. My other flatmates are; Eamonn who works in Hospitality, as well as Ana who is a creative-type like myself and freelance illustrator

The flat is super chill and friendly and we're looking for someone to continue that vibe, we are a sociable flat and mostly have chill nights in but love an occasional night out to an open mic, a ceilidh, cocktails, a pub or the cinema.

The flat is about a 10 minute walk from Haymarket and it's right next to the Murrayfield tram stop which makes getting in and around town incredibly easy.

The bills including wi-fi and council tax total just over £100 each, every month. We don't mind taking on professionals or students as long as students are willing to chip in on council tax.
