The room itself is about 10sq. m. with a seaview through ther park. It comprises a king-size bed, desk and sitting area. Ample walk through storage space (closet and drawers), The room is on the ground floor, independent from the rest of the rooms on the basement.

The flat:
In the central and easily accessible Hillside, on the gorgeous Calton Hill. The shared space comprises a newly refurbished kitchen and shower room as well as a vast living room, private garden, and conservatory. Bicycles can potentially come and go through the garden and be safely stored there.

Who you're sharing with:
I am a Theatre & Music practitioner who works at home sometimes so expect some non-amplified sound and occasional arty gatherings at a considerate level and times. I like to manage the housekeeping to a high and welcoming standard.
