I’m renting out a bright, generously sized double room (4.5m x 4.3m) in my quiet and spacious 3-bedroom home in Trinity, Edinburgh.

The room is light-filled and well-proportioned, with a built-in closet. You’ll also have your own private bathroom with both a shower and a bathtub, all located on the top floor.

Although it’s technically a flat share, you’ll have the entire top floor to yourself. I’m based in London most of the time and only visit Edinburgh for a few days, a few times a year.

The room would suit a female postgraduate student or professional who is quiet, respectful, and tidy. Ideal for someone looking for a calm, comfortable place to come home to after work or study.
