Public transportation is easily accessible with trams and bus connections to Edinburgh City Centre, Princes Street and New Town are ten minutes away on a bus service that leaves every 3 - 5 minutes Victoria Quay (22, 16, 10, 1, 34, 35)

Shopping complex of Ocean Terminal is just a walk away with a cinema, Starbucks, Greggs and pure gym etc. The flat is only about 30-40min walk to city centre from flat.

Frequent buses take you to the airport. The Links, a large park, is close by as is the Kirkgate (chemists, banks, supermarkets etc.) and the main high street. Ancient pubs and some of the best restaurants in Edinburgh, including Michelin stars. There are also lots of cheap places to eat and drink along the Water of Leith - the Shore in the heart of the old merchant city.
