Short-term room in flat with dog near town centre

I have a cozy, classic Edinburgh box room available in my bright and modern flat, located just a short walk from Holyrood Park. The flat features a spacious living room, a separate kitchen, and a contemporary bathroom. The available bedroom is fully furnished and ready for you to make it your own.

You’ll be sharing the flat with me and my friendly cocker spaniel. I work from home two days a week, and the dog has a walker on the days I'm out, so she’s well looked after. I’m looking for someone who loves dogs, as she’s very social and would love to spend time with whoever joins us.

The rent is £350 per month, plus bills, which is split between the two of us, so approx. £150 a month.
