Double bedroom in the South West of Edinburgh available from beginning of June '24 for up to 6 months. Minimum stay: 3 months. Move in date = flexible but no sooner than June 3rd.

You'd be sharing the flat with myself. I work Mon-Fri mostly. I usually leave home around 7:30 am and get back at the back of 6pm. Moreover, you'll have the flat to yourself for 3 weeks in July, one week in Sept and 2,5 weeks in October.
I am happy to socialize over tea/coffee/ a drink/ food but I can equally mind my own business.
