Double bedroom in the South West of Edinburgh available from beginning of September 2025 for up to 5 months. Minimum stay: 3 months. Move in date = flexible but no sooner than August 30th.
All bills included. Also, I'll be supplying bedding and linen, towels, cleaning products, toilet rolls, kitchen paper towel, coffee beans for the machine.
Bus stops within walking distance: no 3, 33, 21, 18, 30, X40.
You'd be sharing the flat with myself. I work Mon-Fri mostly. I usually leave home around 7:30 am and get back around 17:00-17:30.
I am happy to socialize over tea/coffee/ a drink/ food/ a walk but I can equally mind my own business.
